As you can see in the video below, I can’t wait to get to Tampa for Social Fresh next week.

I’m looking forward to catching up with some familiar faces, such as:

I’m also really looking forward to meeting some new people, some of whom I’ve connected with on Twitter and some who are brand new.

I’d love to learn more about what you’re doing, especially as it relates to online community. Connecting with your audience and engaging people on sites like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube is great, but you definitely should consider starting your own community/home base. This ensures that you’re able to really understand your community members and measure all related activity and spending. And there are a ton of other things you can do with this.
